Polyurethane insulation pipe is generally composed of three layers of structure, generally from the outside to the inside are: the first layer: high-density polyethylene, glass fiber reinforced plastic or steel pipe as a protective shell. The second layer: the rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer made of isocyanate and combined polyether The third layer: according to the technical requirements of the conveying medium, the seam and seamless steel pipe are used respectively. When the pipeline is directly buried or laid in the trench, the surface of the steel pipe can be coated with fusion bend epoxy powder (FBE), three-layer polyethylene (3LPE) or three-layer polypropylene coating (3LPP) as the anti-corrosion covering layer to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe and extend the operating life of the pipeline. Polyurethane insulation pipe has the advantages of light bulk weight, high strength, heat insulation, flame retardant, cold resistance, no water absorption, simple and fast construction, and has been used in construction, transportation, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, cold storage and many other fields.
