3LPE

3LPE is a three-layer structural anti-corrosion covering layer consisting of hot melt FBE as the bottom layer (2PE without FBE layer), vinyl copolymer adhesive (AD) as the middle layer, and high density polyethylene (HDPE) as the surface layer. 3LPE perfectly combines the high adhesion, oxidation resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of FBE with the moisture resistance, aging resistance, insulation and mechanical damage resistance of HDPE. 3LPE 
has the advantages of strong adhesion to the surface of the steel pipe, good insulation, resistance to mechanical damage, resistance to cathode stripping, and long service life. 3LPE anticorrosive layer can be divided into normal temperature type and high temperature type according to different ambient temperature.

Application: Buried and underwater pipeline for transporting gas, water, oil and other fluids.
