FBE coating is an anticorrosive coating made of fused epoxy powder with strong cathodic protection and adhesion, which is adsorbed to the workpiece surface by electrostatic discharge and cured by water cooling after high temperature gelling.
2FBE is a double-layer structure composed of the bottom FBE and the wear resistant surface powder.
FBE and 2FBE coatings have the advantages of excellent adhesion, high insulation, soil stress resistance, aging resistance, cathode stripping resistance, temperature change resistance, bacteria resistance and so on.
Application: Buried and underwater pipeline for transporting gas, water, oil and other fluids.
