PE/PP hot wrap tape anticorrosion is after the surface sandblasting (shot blasting), the treated surface is coated with epoxy primer or sprayed with FBE, and after passing the test, the PE/PP wrap tape is manually heated and wrapped for anticorrosion. Generally, the PE/PP wrap tape needs 50% over lap. Select PE/PP tape of corresponding width and thickness according to different coating thickness and requirements. (PE cold wrap anticorrosion without heating) This type of anticorrosion is generally manual production, and the production efficiency is relatively low.

Generally used in small batch can not be completed by the production line of steel pipe and related shaped pipe accessories, such as: elbow, tee, reducer, pipe cap, etc.
