FBE coating is an anti-corrosion coating formed by electrostatically applying fusion-bonded epoxy powder with superior cathodic protection and adhesion to the workpiece surface, followed by high-temperature gelation and water-cooling curing. 2FBE is a double-layer structure consisting of a base FBE layer and a wear-resistant topcoat powder layer. FBE and 2FBE coatings offer excellent adhesion, high electrical insulation, resistance to soil stress, aging resistance, resistance to cathodic disbondment, resistance to temperature variations, and resistance to bacteria, among other advantages.
