1. Anodization
Using electrochemical principles, an aluminum oxide film is generated on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys. The main functions of this oxide film are protection, decoration, insulation, and wear resistance. In the process of anodizing, different processes are used for monochrome, gradient, and bicolor. The key to improving the oxidation yield is to consider the amount of oxidant, suitable temperature, and current density.
2. Electrophoresis
The function of electrophoresis is not only to maintain the luster of the metal surface, but also to enhance surface performance, with high anti-corrosion properties. The method is to achieve various colors on the surface of products using materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy. The electrophoresis process is relatively simple, mainly through three steps: pre-treatment, electrophoresis, and drying.
3. Micro arc oxidation
The process of using high voltage electricity to generate ceramic surface facial mask layer from electrolyte solution, the microarc oxidation process is affected by high power consumption, which makes the cost highest, and can only achieve black and gray colors.
4. PVD vacuum plating
PVD can achieve high hardness and wear resistance of metal ceramic decorative coatings on metal surfaces. The PVD vacuum plating process utilizes the technology of depositing thin films during the logistics process.
5. Electroplating
Electroplated products can improve the glossiness of the coating and the appearance of high-quality metals. The electroplating process involves the use of electrolysis to attach a metal film to the surface of the metal, thereby promoting corrosion and improving wear resistance, conductivity, reflectivity, aesthetics, and more.
6. Powder spraying
Powder spraying is commonly used for the appearance of building furniture products and heat sinks. The powder spraying process consists of five steps: electrostatic dust removal, spraying, low-temperature leveling, and baking. The powder coating is mainly sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece through the powder spraying equipment, and under the action of static electricity, it is adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form a powdery coating. After high-temperature baking, different effects are formed.
7. Metal wire drawing
The process of wire drawing is to create a non mirror metallic luster on the metal surface and eliminate fine defects, mainly by grinding the product to form lines on the surface of the workpiece, playing a decorative effect.
8. Polishing
In order to improve the dimensional accuracy and geometric progress of the workpiece, polishing can make the surface of the product smooth and mirror gloss. This process uses flexible polishing tools, abrasive particles, and other polishing media to modify the surface.
9. Etching
After plate making exposure and development, the protective film in the desired area is removed. During etching, the metal is brought into contact with a chemical solution. Two positive patterns are used to achieve dissolution and corrosion through chemical flooding from both sides, forming a concave convex or hollow shaped effect. There are two ways to achieve this in terms of technology: exposure method and screen printing method.
